Qualifications and Roles of the Trading Agent

The agent shall have experience in the distribution or sale of red ginseng or health food. The agent acts as the head of the KNT Sales Branch in the country concerned. The agent finds and manages clients. Upon final settlement after the export contract is concluded, the agent receives a commission from KNT based on the number of product sales generated. We negotiate with the customer through a trading agent and receive final orders, but deliver the product directly to the customer, invoice the customer and receive payment from the customer.



KNT expects the agent to

  • Act as the head of the KNT Sales Branch in the country concerned.
  • Find and manage the clients and regularly reports the business situation to the KNT headquarters.
  • Shall promptly be responsive to customer needs.
  • Schedule a visit to the customer (including potential customers) and share the results with the head office.
  • Set a sales schedule and share the results with the head office.
  • Set realistic sales goals and discuss with headquarters when market conditions change.
